These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mixo Recipes website located at https://mixorecipes.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

If you wish to share a recipe, you may share a link to the recipe page on our Site or use one photo with a clear, direct link back to the original post on mixorecipes.com. You may not copy and paste the ingredients or instructions in full.

2. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

All registration or contact information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise (scraping).
You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. User-Generated Contributions (Comments)
