Toss the squash cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cinnamon or smoked paprika in a large bowl until evenly coated.
Spread the cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed to avoid crowding.

Check for doneness: edges should be browned and a knife should slide through easily.
Season with an extra pinch of salt if needed and serve immediately.
Notes
Chef's Tip: Cut the squash into uniform ¾-inch pieces and don't overcrowd the basket. Both steps are what separate crispy, caramelized squash from soft, steamed squash.Nutrition Facts: Calories: 151 kcal | Carbohydrates: 29g | Protein: 3g | Fat: 5g | Saturated Fat: 1g | Fiber: 6g | Sugar: 6g | Sodium: 517mgNutrition information is automatically calculated and should be used as an approximation only.
